Residential and Commercial Buildings Care takers   

Location: Nairobi

Salary Range: 25-30K

Duties & responsibilities include:

1. Identify and report to the property manager all the activities in the building
2. Maintain and keep the property clean
3. General repairs
4. Cleaning the grounds and inside buildings
5. Repairing equipment and placing orders
6. Overseeing surveillance
7. Preparing rooms for meetings and events
8. Monitoring air conditioning and heating systems in the building
9. Taking note of electrical faults and doing basic repairs before the major repairs are done
10. Collecting and depositing money
11. Paying utilities
12. Maintaining clean and peaceful environment for tenants
13. Basic plumbing activities
14. Taking note and records of tenants

Key Requirements

1. 2-3 years’ experience as a building care taker
2. Basic maintenance skills
3. Computer literate
4. Good reporting skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
