DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook a variety of fast food items including fries, pizza, bajias, and fried chicken.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of customer orders.
- Follow standardized recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and reporting any faults.
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast food or casual dining environment
- Proven ability to cook fast food items efficiently and consistently
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
