DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and cook a variety of fast food items including fries, pizza, bajias, and fried chicken.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of customer orders.
  • Follow standardized recipes and presentation standards.
  • Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and reporting any faults.
  • Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast food or casual dining environment
  • Proven ability to cook fast food items efficiently and consistently
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
