DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify trends, insights, and emerging technologies to optimize performance and maintain competitiveness in the market.

Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day activity across all major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging, platform-specific content to grow followers, encourage interaction, and boost brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Content Creation

  • Develop compelling, audience-focused content tailored to various platforms, including videos, graphics, carousels, and short-form reels.
  • Write and publish weekly blog posts on industry trends, travel destinations, tour packages, and travel tips to drive website traffic and support SEO.

SEO & Paid Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns, including budget tracking and A/B testing.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy and ad targeting.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Generate monthly reports with actionable insights to improve marketing performance.

Lead Generation & Branding

  • Implement lead capture strategies across digital touchpoints (email sign-ups, landing pages, offers).
  • Support brand consistency and storytelling across all digital channels.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, ideally within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Strong writing, communication, and time management skills.
  • Passion for travel and storytelling is highly desirable.
