DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to potential clients in sectors such as logistics, transport, security, and asset management to generate leads.
- Present the company’s range of solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Identify client needs through effective questioning and provide customized information about relevant products and services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and leverage marketing materials for lead generation.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the company’s revenue goals.
- Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements to help improve product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in telesales, lead generation, or business development, preferably within the technology, logistics, or security sectors
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients
- Results-oriented and target-driven, with a history of consistently achieving sales quotas
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of tracking technologies and industry trends is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
