DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals.
  • Coordinate digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase property visibility and sales.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing tactics.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Drive targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads for property sales and rentals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads.
  • Track and report on lead performance and ROI of marketing initiatives.

Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Supervise and guide junior marketing staff and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing tasks and uphold team productivity.
  • Provide mentorship, support, and performance feedback to marketing personnel.

Content Development & Branding

  • Oversee creation of marketing materials including brochures, social media posts, digital ads, and newsletters.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Coordinate professional photography, videography, and staging for properties.

Digital & Social Media Management

  • Manage the company’s social media accounts, website content, and digital advertising.
  • Use SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and analytics tools to optimize reach and performance.
  • Engage audiences across platforms to build brand loyalty and awareness.

 

Events & Open Houses

  • Plan and manage marketing events, exhibitions, property launches, and open houses.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful event execution.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommendations.
  • Use CRM systems to manage campaigns and client data effectively.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on real estate
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams or projects
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Creative thinker with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
