JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to drive growth, brand visibility, and business performance for the company. The role will ensure efficient budget utilization, achievement of campaign objectives, team development, and delivery of strategic market initiatives to strengthen the company’s competitive position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Marketing & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, events) to achieve lead generation, awareness, and conversion goals.
Campaign Execution & Management
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring timeliness, alignment with objectives, and measurable impact.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns for optimal outcomes.
Budgeting & Resource Allocation
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficiency and spend within ±5% of allocations.
- Negotiate with vendors and oversee procurement of marketing services to maximize ROI.
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate marketing team members to ensure 90%+ achievement of individual KPIs.
- Foster collaboration and skills growth within the department.
Brand Management & Growth
- Strengthen brand positioning and awareness through surveys, campaigns, and market research.
- Drive quarterly brand growth of +15% in awareness scores.
Market Research & Innovation
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategy.
- Launch at least 3 new market initiatives annually to expand brand reach and product adoption.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA is an advantage
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM tools, and campaign management platforms
- Budget planning and ROI measurement expertise
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving ability
- Strong leadership and people management skills
