DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, organize, and execute daily sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve set sales targets
- Promote company pharmaceutical products through effective product detailing, demonstrations, and presentations to healthcare professionals
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital staff, and key opinion leaders
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure optimal territory coverage and product visibility
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
- Execute sales and marketing strategies as defined by management
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends, and provide timely feedback to management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, industry developments, and regulatory guidelines
- Organize and participate in CMEs, medical meetings, product launches, and promotional events
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities, call reports, expenses, and inventory where applicable
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment
- Uphold ethical selling practices and comply with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
- Build brand loyalty by providing consistent follow-up and after-sales support
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports and forecasts
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good planning, organizational, and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
