DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor the performance of all departments (sales, marketing, finance, property management) to ensure smooth and coordinated functioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and support cross-functional teams to achieve individual and departmental targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer training and development plans, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term operational strategies to enhance company productivity and competitiveness.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to translate strategic goals into actionable business plans.
  • Monitor operational budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Work with finance to analyze financial statements, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures where necessary.
  • Support business growth by identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and service improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, service providers, and other key stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of property portfolios, ensuring timely maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with property managers to ensure properties are well-maintained, legally compliant, and financially viable.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies across all operational areas.
  • Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect company interests.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance, KPIs, team output, and improvement initiatives for senior leadership.
  • Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and recommend systems or process improvements for enhanced performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment with business goals and support revenue-generation activities.
  • Assist in monitoring marketing campaigns, lead management, and conversion rates.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of proven experience in operations or business management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role—preferably within the real estate sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
