DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the target market to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and technical specifications to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategy and identify business growth opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager, including lead status and pipeline updates.
- Post-Sales Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the construction, roofing, or solar industry
- Solid understanding of the local market dynamics and client needs in the building and energy sectors
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong sales drive
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
