DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and exhibitions.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing roles
- Solid understanding and practical experience in social media marketing and digital promotion techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets consistently
