DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and growth sectors.
  • Generate and follow up on leads from both digital sources (social media, website inquiries, email campaigns) and offline channels (referrals, networking, walk-ins).
  • Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, or scheduled visits to pitch company services.

Develop and Maintain Strong Client Relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand clients’ needs and work closely with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.

Promote Company Services Through Digital and Offline Channels

  • Execute marketing campaigns that align with company goals, using platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, email marketing, and in-person activations.
  • Participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations) and ensure they are up to date and aligned with the brand.

Create Engaging Marketing Content

  • Plan and produce visual and written content, including short-form videos (reels), graphics, blog posts, newsletters, and project showcases.
  • Manage the company’s social media pages, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
  • Prepare professional proposals and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and events.

 

 

Visit Project Sites and Participate in Client Presentations

  • Conduct scheduled visits to active or completed sites to gather content (photos, videos) and updates for marketing purposes.
  • Attend meetings and pitch presentations to help close deals or update clients on project progress.
  • Liaise with project managers to collect accurate technical details for client communication.

Collaborate with the Technical Team

  • Work closely with engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, and site supervisors to understand the scope, status, and deliverables of ongoing or upcoming projects.
  • Translate technical project details into client-friendly language for marketing or proposal purposes.

Prepare Sales Reports and Maintain Records

  • Track leads, client interactions, proposals sent, and deal status using basic CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Analyze marketing and sales performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Report weekly/monthly activities to management, including feedback from clients and prospects.

Represent the Company at Events

  • Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and stakeholder forums to promote the company.
  • Network with professionals in the construction and real estate industries to build the company’s visibility and credibility.
  • Organize and support company-hosted events such as open days, project launches, or seminars.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Quantity Surveying, Building & Construction, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in the construction or real estate sector is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies
  • Creative content creation skills – especially for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva and other basic design platforms
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales goals, and think creatively
