DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the beauty and cosmetics industry (retailers, salons, spas, individual customers).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Demonstrate and promote beauty products to clients through presentations, product trials, and sampling sessions.
  • Actively upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue per client.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an updated customer database and track buying patterns and preferences.

Market Intelligence and Reporting

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and market opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

Marketing Support and Brand Promotion

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, beauty expos, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement product promotions and advertising strategies.
  • Ensure product displays, merchandising, and branding meet company standards at all sales points.

 

Administrative Duties

  • Process orders, deliveries, and invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain proper sales records, inventory updates, and customer documentation.
  • Adhere to company sales policies, ethics, and compliance requirements.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in beauty product sales (cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or related)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service abilities
  • Good understanding of beauty products, ingredients, and market trends
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
