DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively promote and sell the company’s products to new and existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Report observations to management to help refine sales strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Educate customers on proper usage of products to maximize satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Use CRM or other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, market trends, and sales techniques.
  • Attend workshops, training, or seminars to enhance selling skills.

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
