DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HoReCa, institutional catering, and cloud kitchen
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Liaise with procurement, technical, and decision-making stakeholders in client organizations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, after-sales service, and technical support.
Project and Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with architects, kitchen designers, consultants, and contractors on design, specification, and integration of equipment into commercial kitchen projects.
- Provide input on kitchen layout optimization and equipment selection based on project needs and budget.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery, installation, and commissioning of equipment.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain an updated pipeline of leads and prospects.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports to management.
- Stay updated with competitor activity, industry trends, and new product developments.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in industrial equipment, preferably within food processing or commercial kitchen solutions
- Strong B2B and B2C sales experience, especially in technical or capital equipment sales
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen layouts, HACCP standards, and compliance regulations is an added advantage
- Experience working with architects, kitchen designers, or consultants is highly desirable
