DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and close new B2B sales opportunities within the textile market
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
Client Relationship Management
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare and negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales agreements
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Tender Management
- Identify tender opportunities relevant to textile products
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on tender documentation
- Liaise with procurement teams and ensure compliance with tender requirements
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collect and analyze market data to support pricing and product positioning strategies
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management
Collaboration & Operations
- Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or any related business field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales and marketing within the textile industry
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Hands-on experience in tender preparation and management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of textile products and B2B sales cycles
