DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outstanding customer service in a fine dining setting.
- Greet guests, present menus, and make menu recommendations when requested.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of continental cuisine and wine/beverage pairings.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end or fine dining restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of continental cuisine and alcoholic beverages
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Well-groomed with a courteous and professional attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Flexible to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
