DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide outstanding customer service in a fine dining setting.
  • Greet guests, present menus, and make menu recommendations when requested.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of continental cuisine and wine/beverage pairings.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
  • Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end or fine dining restaurant
  • Excellent knowledge of continental cuisine and alcoholic beverages
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Well-groomed with a courteous and professional attitude
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Flexible to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
