DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire clients across FMCG, financial institutions, government agencies, NGOs, PR & marketing agencies, and manufacturing companies.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to secure high-value research projects.
  • Drive revenue by converting opportunities in the pipeline into closed deals.

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates on prospects, opportunities, and deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence.

Proposal Development & Negotiation

  • Lead the preparation of compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams (research, operations, and analytics) to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within market research, consulting, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-value clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and market research abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
