DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Advisory and Consultation

  • Assess clients’ financial capacity, needs, and investment goals.
  • Provide tailored property solutions (residential and commercial).
  • Advise clients on market conditions and investment strategies.
  • Build trust through professional and informed guidance.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct research on property trends and pricing.
  • Analyze investment opportunities and market demand.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support client decisions.
  • Stay updated on local real estate developments and regulations.

Sales and Lead Generation

  • Generate leads through marketing, networking, and referrals.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Provide continuous support throughout the buying/selling process.
  • Encourage repeat business and client referrals.
  • Maintain an updated client database using CRM tools.

Property Viewing and Site Coordination

  • Schedule and conduct property site visits.
  • Present property features and investment benefits.
  • Coordinate with developers, owners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional viewing experience.

Negotiation and Deal Closure

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms on behalf of the company.
  • Ensure favorable outcomes for both client and business.
  • Address client concerns and objections effectively.
  • Facilitate smooth closing of property transactions.

Documentation and Compliance

  • Prepare and review property documentation and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams where necessary.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 4 years of proven experience in real estate sales, investment or a client-facing consultative role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of property markets and investment principles
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and property management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
