DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Execution

  • Support the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales pitches.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Gather market information on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
  • Identify opportunities for product or service improvement based on market feedback.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns where required.
  • Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets is an added advantage.
