DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Host scheduled TikTok LIVE sessions in accordance with company guidelines and performance targets.
- Engage viewers through conversations, games, discussions, Q&A sessions, challenges, and other interactive activities.
- Build and maintain a loyal audience by creating a welcoming and entertaining environment during live broadcasts.
- Respond to viewer comments, questions, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop creative content ideas that increase viewer retention, engagement, and follower growth.
- Promote upcoming LIVE sessions across TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the content and operations teams to improve streaming performance and audience growth.
- Monitor LIVE session metrics, audience feedback, and engagement trends to improve content quality.
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, viral content, platform updates, and best practices for LIVE streaming.
- Maintain a professional online image and ensure all content aligns with company standards and community guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews as required.
- Achieve assigned KPIs related to streaming hours, audience engagement, follower growth, and LIVE performance.
- Build meaningful relationships with followers to encourage repeat viewership and community growth.
- Handle LIVE sessions confidently and professionally, including managing unexpected situations or audience concerns.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in live streaming, content creation, sales, customer engagement, hospitality, or a related field.
- Familiarity with TikTok, WhatsApp, and Facebook.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in live streaming, sales, or recruitment is an added advantage.
- Confident, charismatic, and comfortable appearing on camera for extended periods.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt.
