DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with proper telephone etiquette.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Manage appointments and scheduling for meetings.
  • Respond to inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Assist in managing the company’s front office email and general communication.
  • Provide support with social media updates and basic online engagement as needed.
  • Coordinate mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Ensure compliance with front office protocols and company standards.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a front office or receptionist role
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
