DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Contract Negotiation & Closing

  • Lead high-value deal negotiations with corporate clients.
  • Ensure terms of agreements are met and executed efficiently.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analysis to senior management.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the steel, metals, or heavy industrial sectors
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and consultative selling approach
  • Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and close large-scale commercial deals
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism and integrity
