DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide timely and professional transportation for company executives to various destinations in and around Nairobi.
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, fueled, and properly maintained.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while operating the vehicle.
• Safely navigate through various traffic conditions, including during night-time driving.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage or packages as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and trip logs.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of executives and their belongings at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to executive needs.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Diploma in any field
• At least 3 years of experience as an executive or personal chauffeur
• Must hold a valid and clean driving license
• Well-conversant with Nairobi routes and comfortable driving at night
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor, punctual, and highly dependable
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
