DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Log and update customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant departments or supervisors when necessary.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement by sharing insights, suggestions, and customer feedback.
  • Support sales and operations teams with customer-related coordination and documentation when required.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in line with customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Communication, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer-focused environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage
