DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and reference checks.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes including induction programs and employee orientation.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Administer offboarding and exit processes, including clearance, final settlements, and conducting exit interviews.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
HR Records and Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records both in physical and digital formats.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in compliance with data protection laws.
Policy and Procedure Implementation
- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure organization-wide understanding and adherence to HR guidelines.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Payroll Administration
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and timely, including statutory deductions and benefits administration.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure seamless payroll integration.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field from a recognized university
- A minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in Human Resources or Administration
- Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems
