DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and trends to inform strategy.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints.

Build Brand Visibility

  • Elevate brand presence through online and offline channels, including social media, events, partnerships, and public relations.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and branded content.

Drive Inbound Lead Generation

  • Design and manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing) to attract high-quality leads.
  • Optimize the customer acquisition funnel through strategic messaging and targeting.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine campaigns to maximize ROI.

Manage and Follow Up on Leads

  • Monitor lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-up and nurturing through various channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing-qualified leads are properly handed off and tracked.
  • Use CRM tools to monitor conversion rates and identify bottlenecks.

 

 

Run Campaigns

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to different customer segments.
  • Track campaign performance and generate actionable insights from analytics.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Support Customer Engagement

  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Create content and programs (e.g., newsletters, webinars, surveys) that keep customers informed and engaged.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform future marketing and product strategies.

Contribute to Revenue Growth

  • Work closely with leadership and sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue targets.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of marketing initiatives on lead generation, conversion, and sales performance.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • Experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
