DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations.
- Enhance systems, processes, and best practices of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.
- Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department as assigned.
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
- Ensure organizational processes comply with legal regulations and standards.
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
- Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation and setting deadlines.
- Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best pricing.
- Maintaining good supply chain management processes, including inventory management, production processes, sales, and sourcing of suppliers.
- Monitor and supervise assigned projects to ensure smooth operations and optimal outcomes.
- Developing ways to increase the quality of customer service and increase customer satisfaction.
- Foster innovation and productivity through effective communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Integrate new technologies and business processes as needed.
- Maintain service operations to ensure sustainability.
- Any other duties as may be delegated by your supervisor.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field is essential
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in office administration
- A background in Human Resource is an added advantage
- Strong people management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong quantitative aptitude and proficiency in mathematical concepts
- Comprehensive business acumen and understanding of industry standards
- Demonstrated ethical behaviour and integrity in business practices
