DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations.
  • Enhance systems, processes, and best practices of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department as assigned.
  • Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
  • Ensure organizational processes comply with legal regulations and standards.
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
  • Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation and setting deadlines.
  • Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best pricing.
  • Maintaining good supply chain management processes, including inventory management, production processes, sales, and sourcing of suppliers.
  • Monitor and supervise assigned projects to ensure smooth operations and optimal outcomes.
  • Developing ways to increase the quality of customer service and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Foster innovation and productivity through effective communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Integrate new technologies and business processes as needed.
  • Maintain service operations to ensure sustainability.
  • Any other duties as may be delegated by your supervisor.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field is essential
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in office administration
  • A background in Human Resource is an added advantage
  • Strong people management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong quantitative aptitude and proficiency in mathematical concepts
  • Comprehensive business acumen and understanding of industry standards
  • Demonstrated ethical behaviour and integrity in business practices
