DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Promotion
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies for residential and commercial properties.
- Create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and online listings.
- Manage property listings across online platforms and ensure accuracy, attractiveness, and timely updates.
- Plan and execute property promotional events, open houses, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate professional photography, video tours, and virtual tours of properties.
- Monitor marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (networking, referrals, online, events).
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers and investors.
- Negotiate terms and facilitate the sales process in collaboration with management and legal teams.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and preferences.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries and follow up with potential and existing clients.
- Maintain a customer database and track interactions to ensure personalized client experiences.
- Collect client feedback and relay insights to management for continuous service improvement.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct research on property trends, competitors, pricing, and emerging market opportunities.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and prepare reports for senior management.
- Provide insights on customer behavior, market demands, and campaign performance.
- Suggest strategies to improve marketing ROI and client engagement.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth transactions.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and contractors for marketing materials and campaigns.
- Support management in strategic planning and execution of property development launches.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree/Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate marketing or property sales.
- Proven skills in sales, client relations, and follow-ups.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and online property listing tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and creativity in marketing campaigns.
- Result-oriented with a drive to meet sales targets.
