DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Business Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all business units within the assigned region.
  • Ensure alignment of regional activities with organizational goals and performance targets.
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency, compliance, and service delivery standards.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work with the marketing team to implement local promotions and customer acquisition campaigns.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and support branch managers and their teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify training needs.
  • Promote a high-performance, accountable, and customer-focused culture across all branches.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and relationship management across all regional locations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

 

 

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, sales, costs, and forecasts.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in a business management or sales leadership role
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business units or branches
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software
