DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Regional Business Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all business units within the assigned region.
- Ensure alignment of regional activities with organizational goals and performance targets.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency, compliance, and service delivery standards.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work with the marketing team to implement local promotions and customer acquisition campaigns.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, mentor, and support branch managers and their teams to achieve business objectives.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify training needs.
- Promote a high-performance, accountable, and customer-focused culture across all branches.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and relationship management across all regional locations.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, sales, costs, and forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in a business management or sales leadership role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business units or branches
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software
