DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities across assigned territories and sectors.
- Actively promote and sell Bulk SMS solutions, Bulk Email platforms, ICT and IT services, Software products and customized solutions
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Client Relationship Management
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service needs.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide actionable insights to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Identify new markets, industries, and customer segments for expansion.
Performance & Reporting
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports and performance updates to management.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 1-year proven experience in sales, preferably in ICT solutions, IT services Software sales (highly advantageous)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and target orientation.
- Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.
- Basic understanding of ICT and software solutions.
