DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities across assigned territories and sectors.
  • Actively promote and sell Bulk SMS solutions, Bulk Email platforms, ICT and IT services, Software products and customized solutions
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service needs.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Provide actionable insights to support product development and marketing strategies.
  • Identify new markets, industries, and customer segments for expansion.

Performance & Reporting

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports and performance updates to management.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-year proven experience in sales, preferably in ICT solutions, IT services Software sales (highly advantageous)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and target orientation.
  • Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.
  • Basic understanding of ICT and software solutions.
