DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct proactive market research to identify potential clients and industries that can benefit from our solutions. Use cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media to generate qualified leads.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Initiate contact and conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and recommend appropriate products or services. Build rapport and trust to establish long-term partnerships.
- Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate product benefits, addressing client objections and questions confidently.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Develop and present competitive proposals and pricing packages. Skillfully negotiate contract terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools to track prospects, follow-ups, and deal progress. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Market Intelligence & Feedback: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Share insights with the product development and marketing teams to help refine offerings.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and consistent delivery of promised solutions.
- Performance & Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Manage personal time and activities to maximize efficiency and results.
- After-Sales Support & Client Retention: Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a sales executive role within a busy organization
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
