DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Prospect for property owners and landlords through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and database mining.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify rental properties suitable for management.
- Attend industry events and networking forums to promote company services.
Sales & Client Conversion
- Present company property management services to prospective landlords.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess property suitability.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate service agreements and close deals.
- Ensure timely signing of property management contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with landlords and property owners.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential and newly onboarded clients.
- Ensure smooth handover of newly acquired properties to the operations team.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address client concerns promptly and escalate operational issues where necessary.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems or tracking tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence insights.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy property management company (mandatory).
- Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and client conversion.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
