DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Prospect for property owners and landlords through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and database mining.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify rental properties suitable for management.
  • Attend industry events and networking forums to promote company services.

Sales & Client Conversion

  • Present company property management services to prospective landlords.
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess property suitability.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate service agreements and close deals.
  • Ensure timely signing of property management contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with landlords and property owners.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential and newly onboarded clients.
  • Ensure smooth handover of newly acquired properties to the operations team.
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client concerns promptly and escalate operational issues where necessary.

 Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems or tracking tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence insights.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy property management company (mandatory).
  • Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and client conversion.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
