DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business through client outreach, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including consultations, product recommendations, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell related luxury beauty products.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns both online and offline.
  • Oversee social media platforms, influencer collaborations, and digital advertising with a premium aesthetic.
  • Coordinate promotional events, pop-up activations, and in-store experiences aligned with the brand.
  • Track and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Client Experience & Store Presentation

  • Ensure that the showroom or retail space is immaculate and aligns with luxury standards.
  • Offer personalized product recommendations and consultations to high-end clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Provide weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports to management.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, product development, and customer care.

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles, ideally within a premium or luxury goods environment (beauty, fashion, jewelry, lifestyle, or cosmetics)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a flair for luxury client service
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work independently
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management is an added advantage
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about luxury brands and beauty products
