DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel on assigned sites to ensure high performance and adherence to company protocols.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant security procedures.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to all incidents, alarms, and emergency situations.
- Train, mentor, and support both new hires and existing security staff to promote professional development and operational excellence.
- Accurately complete and submit daily activity logs, incident reports, and other necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in security management or related areas are considered an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations
