DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively seek out and engage with new customers to sell PP bags (gunia)
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by offering excellent customer service and support
  • Understand client requirements and present appropriate products or solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Meet and exceed set sales targets through strategic selling and account management
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining profit margins
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to the Sales Manager on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and product knowledge sessions

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in selling PP bags (gunia) or similar industrial packaging products
  • A solid network of clients in related industries (agriculture, transport, manufacturing, etc.) is an added advantage
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
