DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's real estate properties to potential buyers through various channels including walk-ins, social media, and site visits.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, client engagement, property showcasing, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain an updated database of clients, follow up on leads, and nurture relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management on a regular basis.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and open houses.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and office coordination.
- Maintain organized filing systems both in hard copy and digital formats.
- Support the management team in report preparation, data entry, and records maintenance.
- Oversee client correspondence and ensure timely response to inquiries.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure replenishment when necessary.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of work experience in the real estate industry is mandatory
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
