DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development:

  • Proactively engage customers to drive sales of skincare, beauty, and cosmetic products.
  • Identify potential clients and follow up on leads to generate repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Assist in implementing promotions and marketing campaigns to boost sales.

Customer Consultation & Support:

  • Assess customers’ skin types, concerns, and goals to recommend suitable products.
  • Demonstrate correct product use, skincare routines, and application techniques.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.

Product Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and new launches.
  • Stay informed about beauty industry trends, skincare innovations, and competitive products.
  • Educate team members and customers on product benefits and proper usage.
  • Familiarity with Korean Skincare Products is highly desirable.

Store & Inventory Management:

  • Ensure product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
  • Participate in stock-taking, merchandising, and promotional activities.

Team Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with team members to achieve store and regional sales goals.
  • Provide regular updates to supervisors regarding sales performance and client feedback.
  • Attend training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetic sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products, routines, and various skin types.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in advising customers and closing sales.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Korean Skincare Products is an added advantage.
