DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients across various industries who can benefit from our software solutions.
  • Utilize multiple channels including cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track progress in the CRM system.

Client Engagement & Needs Assessment

  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and goals.
  • Advise clients on suitable software solutions, demonstrating how our products meet their specific needs.
  • Build credibility by positioning yourself as a trusted advisor rather than just a salesperson.

Product Demonstrations & Presentations

  • Prepare and deliver compelling product demos tailored to the client’s requirements.
  • Highlight key features, benefits, and ROI of our software solutions.
  • Address client questions and concerns with clarity and confidence.

 Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Develop customized proposals and quotations for prospective clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic account management and deal closures.

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling queries, concerns, and support escalation as needed.
  • Foster long-term partnerships that promote loyalty and recurring business.

Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
  • Develop territory or vertical sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Continuously improve sales approaches based on analytics and client feedback.

 CRM Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, proposals, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Track KPIs, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to inform management decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue progress.

Professional Development & Product Knowledge

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in SaaS, integrated software, and relevant technology sectors.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Serve as a product expert internally to support team members and contribute to overall sales excellence.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably in SaaS, integrated software solutions, or technology-related products.
  • Experience with CRM, POS, or HRM software solutions is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
