DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Sales Team Leadership

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives
  • Assign sales territories, targets, and daily/weekly activities
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of set KPIs
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff

Corporate & B2B Sales

  • Drive acquisition of corporate clients for internet services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract closures
  • Ensure retention and growth of key accounts

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Implement effective sales strategies to grow subscriber base
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities
  • Recommend pricing, promotions, and sales approaches to management
  • Support development of sales plans and forecasts

 Performance Management

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the team
  • Ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
  • Analyse performance gaps and implement corrective actions

 Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Ensure excellent customer experience during sales engagements
  • Handle escalated client issues where necessary
  • Strengthen customer retention through quality service follow-up

 Market Development

  • Identify new markets and business opportunities for ISP services
  • Conduct field visits and market intelligence gathering
  • Support brand visibility and promotional activities

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Lead in an ISP or internet company
  • Proven experience in corporate/B2B sales
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
