DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Team Leadership
- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives
- Assign sales territories, targets, and daily/weekly activities
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of set KPIs
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff
Corporate & B2B Sales
- Drive acquisition of corporate clients for internet services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract closures
- Ensure retention and growth of key accounts
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Implement effective sales strategies to grow subscriber base
- Identify market trends and competitor activities
- Recommend pricing, promotions, and sales approaches to management
- Support development of sales plans and forecasts
Performance Management
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the team
- Ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
- Analyse performance gaps and implement corrective actions
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer experience during sales engagements
- Handle escalated client issues where necessary
- Strengthen customer retention through quality service follow-up
Market Development
- Identify new markets and business opportunities for ISP services
- Conduct field visits and market intelligence gathering
- Support brand visibility and promotional activities
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Lead in an ISP or internet company
- Proven experience in corporate/B2B sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
