DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Masonry & Tiling Work
- Carry out general masonry tasks including block laying, plastering, and finishing.
- Perform tiling works on floors, walls, and other surfaces with high-quality finishes.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and measurements in all construction tasks.
- Interpret construction drawings and project specifications where required.
Quality & Precision
- Deliver neat, accurate, and durable workmanship.
- Ensure all work meets required construction standards and client expectations.
- Identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies in workmanship.
Site Operations
- Assist in site preparation and setup for construction activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
- Handle tools and materials responsibly and safely.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Adhere to all construction site safety rules and regulations.
- Use protective gear and ensure safe working practices at all times.
- Report any hazards, incidents, or equipment issues promptly.
Flexibility & Mobility
- Be willing to travel or relocate based on project requirements.
- Work in different project sites as assigned.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience in tiling and general masonry work.
- Strong understanding of construction measurements, leveling, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to interpret basic construction plans is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in construction or building projects preferred.
- Strong technical masonry and tiling skills
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to work in demanding environments
- Reliability and time management
