DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Masonry & Tiling Work

• Carry out general masonry tasks including block laying, plastering, and finishing.
• Perform tiling works on floors, walls, and other surfaces with high-quality finishes.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and measurements in all construction tasks.
• Interpret construction drawings and project specifications where required.

Quality & Precision

• Deliver neat, accurate, and durable workmanship.
• Ensure all work meets required construction standards and client expectations.
• Identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies in workmanship.

Site Operations

• Assist in site preparation and setup for construction activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Handle tools and materials responsibly and safely.

Health & Safety Compliance

• Adhere to all construction site safety rules and regulations.
• Use protective gear and ensure safe working practices at all times.
• Report any hazards, incidents, or equipment issues promptly.

Flexibility & Mobility

• Be willing to travel or relocate based on project requirements.
• Work in different project sites as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Proven experience in tiling and general masonry work.
• Strong understanding of construction measurements, leveling, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to interpret basic construction plans is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in construction or building projects preferred.

• Strong technical masonry and tiling skills
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Physical stamina and ability to work in demanding environments
• Reliability and time management
