DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Audits & Compliance

  • Conduct comprehensive HR audits for client organizations.
  • Review HR policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with labor laws.
  • Identify gaps in HR systems and recommend corrective action plans.
  • Ensure clients comply with employment regulations and best HR practices.

HR Systems Development

  • Assist organizations in setting up fully functional HR departments.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Design HR frameworks tailored to client business needs.
  • Support organizational structuring and job design.

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for client organizations.
  • Develop recruitment strategies, job descriptions, and selection processes.
  • Support onboarding systems and employee integration frameworks.
  • Advise on talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Advisory & Project Implementation

  • Provide expert HR advisory services to management teams.
  • Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
  • Train HR teams and management on HR best practices.
  • Deliver project-based HR solutions within agreed timelines.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare detailed HR audit and consultancy reports.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to clients.
  • Maintain clear documentation of project deliverables and progress.

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as an HR Consultant or HR Manager in a busy work environment.
  • Strong experience in HR audits, compliance, and HR systems development.
  • Proven track record in recruitment and organizational HR structuring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance frameworks.
  • Strong consulting, advisory, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
