SALES & MARKETING INTERN (REAL ESTATE) 2 NEEDED

JOB SUMMARY

To support the sales team in generating leads, marketing plots, conducting customer follow ups, arranging site visits, and assisting in the achievement of company sales target while gaining practical experience in real estate sales

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation

• Identify and generate prospective customers through referrals, social media, activations, exhibitors, and cold calling
• Collect and update customer information in the company CRM/Database
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

Customer Engagement

• Make follow-up calls to prospective buyers. Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls WhatsApp, SMS, and social media platforms.
• Provide accurate information on plot locations, prices, payment plans and project features

Site Visit Coordination

• Assist in organizing and coordinating plot viewing Visits.
• Confirm attendance of prospects before site visits
• Support customers during site visits and registration processes.

Sales Support

• Assist in preparing quotations, reservation forms, and sales documentation.
• Support the sales team in closing transactions.
• Follow up on reservation payments and instalment schedules.

Marketing Support

• Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, outdoor activations, and property expos.
• Assist in distributing marketing materials and promotional content.
• Promote company projects through social media and digital platforms.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate to management
• Ensure timely follow-up of all customer inquiries

 Reporting

• Prepare daily lead generation reports.
• Submit weekly activity and performance reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Real Estate, Commerce, or related filed
• Recent graduate or student seeking industrial attachment or internship
• Knowledge of social media marketing is an added advantage
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Good organizational and time management skills
