DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving & Transportation

  • Safely and professionally drive the Company Director to meetings, appointments, and other official engagements.
  • Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, roadworthy, properly maintained, and serviced on schedule.
  • Plan routes effectively, observe traffic regulations, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Office Administration

  • Support daily office operations, including filing, correspondence, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with preparing documents, reports, records, and other office materials as required.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments when needed.

Records & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate office, vehicle, travel, and administrative records.
  • Prepare clear and timely reports using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ensure important documents and records are properly organized, updated, and securely maintained.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate appointments, schedules, meetings, and other activities as directed by management.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and provide timely updates to management.

General Support & Additional Duties

  • Be willing to learn and take on additional administrative or operational responsibilities.
  • Assist with errands, document delivery, banking, procurement, and other official assignments when required.
  • Maintain a high level of reliability, discretion, professionalism, and accountability.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a combined driving and office administration role.
  • Valid and appropriate Kenyan driving licence with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent driving skills and experience driving senior management or company executives.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good record-keeping, report-writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Professional, trustworthy, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
