DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General HR Management
- Manage day-to-day HR activities including employee records, onboarding, leave, attendance, performance management, disciplinary processes, and HR documentation.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are implemented consistently and support compliance with applicable employment requirements.
- Provide professional HR advice and support to management, employees, and clients as required.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, reference checks, and placement.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.
Payroll Management
- Manage and coordinate accurate and timely payroll processing, including salaries, statutory deductions, allowances, commissions, and other payroll-related adjustments.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and work closely with relevant teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
- Ensure payroll processes are handled confidentially and in accordance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.
Outsourced HR Services
- Manage HR services provided to outsourced clients, ensuring agreed HR processes, documentation, employee support, and reporting are delivered effectively.
- Act as a key point of contact between the consultancy, client organisations, and outsourced employees.
- Monitor service delivery, resolve HR-related issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
Client & Business Development
- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients, particularly around recruitment and outsourced HR services.
- Identify opportunities to grow recruitment and HR outsourcing business through networking, referrals, client engagement, and follow-ups.
- Support the preparation of recruitment proposals, HR service solutions, reports, and other client-facing documentation.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience in a busy organisation, with experience in an HR consultancy or recruitment company highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing recruitment, payroll, general HR administration, and outsourced HR services.
- Technical Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent payroll management and HR administration skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, Microsoft Office/Excel, and other HR management tools.
