DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information.
- Addressing customer complaints, collecting feedback, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintaining clear and concise communication with customers, logging interactions in CRM software, and following established communication protocols.
- Identifying opportunities to sell products or services and meeting sales targets.
- Adhering to company scripts while maintaining a personal touch and meeting call handling time and resolution rate expectations.
- Updating and managing customer information, including contact details, purchase history, and other relevant data.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues or other customer concerns.
- Answering customer questions about products and services, including pricing, features, and benefits.
- Gathering feedback on products, services, and the overall customer experience to improve future offerings.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in any business-related Course
- Over 3 years’ experience in a busy call centre set up
- Good communication and customer service skills
