DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities
- Regularly analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram
- Track campaign performance and generate regular reports with key insights and recommendations
- Collaborate on content strategy and create visual content using tools like Canva
- Assist in the creation of copy for ads, captions, and website content
- Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite (or similar)
- Provide monthly performance reports with data-driven insights
- Assist in basic website updates or coordination with web developers
- Support basic SEO initiatives and track rankings/performance
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Certificate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of successfully running paid media campaigns (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite (or similar tools)
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual design skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple digital channels
