DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events (corporate, social, and private).
  • Coordinate logistics including venue setup, vendors, and event timelines.
  • Ensure smooth event execution and handle on-site support.

 Marketing & Promotions

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Promote events and services through social media and other channels.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials and content.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Manage and update social media platforms regularly.
  • Create engaging content including posts, stories, and basic graphics.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries online.

 Design & Branding Support

  • Use tools like Canva to design posters, flyers, and digital content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain event calendars and schedules.
  • Assist in client communication and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports on events and marketing performance.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, sales, and management teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong interest in events, social media, and content creation.
  • Basic skills in Canva or other design tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience in events or marketing is an added advantage).
