FARM HAND

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Livestock Care

• Feed animals and ensure they have adequate water at all times.
• Assist in cleaning animal sheds and maintaining proper hygiene standards.
• Monitor livestock condition and report any signs of sickness or injury.

 Crop & Fruit Farming

• Assist in planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting farm produce.
• Support proper handling and storage of harvested fruits and crops.
• Help maintain healthy crops through routine farm care activities.

 Farm Hygiene & Maintenance

• Ensure cleanliness and general hygiene within the farm premises.
• Assist in maintaining farm tools, equipment, and working areas.
• Support proper disposal of farm waste and upkeep of the environment.

Daily Farm Operations

• Carry out assigned farm duties efficiently and within set timelines.
• Assist in loading, sorting, and transporting farm produce when required.
• Work closely with supervisors and other farm workers to support smooth farm operations.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Previous experience working as a Farm Hand in a busy farm environment.
• Experience in livestock and fruit farming is highly preferred.
• Physically fit, hardworking, and able to work under minimal supervision.
