DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Sales Coordination & Execution

  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure adherence to company SOPs
  • Support field sales teams in prospecting and closing sales
  • Execute weekly sales and collections action plans
  • Track sales performance and ensure targets are met

Community Engagement & Mobilization

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and community leaders
  • Coordinate and execute mobilization and demonstration campaigns
  • Drive customer awareness and product adoption through field activities

 Sales Process & Documentation

  • Ensure all customer contracts and documentation are accurately completed and collected
  • Clearly explain contract terms and conditions to customers
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting

 Product Delivery & Installation Coordination

  • Coordinate timely delivery of PUE products to customers
  • Ensure installations are completed within the required timelines
  • Monitor and report on installation quality and compliance

 After-Sales Service

  • Ensure prompt response to customer issues and technical support requests
  • Verify quality of installations and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

 Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and activity reports
  • Capture accurate GPS/location data for installations
  • Identify and report any compliance or operational issues

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales & Marketing, Economics, Renewable Energy, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Diploma in a relevant field may be considered with strong sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using CRM systems or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or business development.
  • Experience working in renewable energy, solar products, agriculture equipment, or rural distribution is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting field sales teams and managing sales data/reporting.
  • Proven experience in customer engagement, order coordination, and sales performance tracking.
